Description

The Conservation Land Management Branch (CLM), Division of Training, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Shepherdstown, WV is seeking an experienced subject matter expert for development and instruction of two 2 hour sessions for course Refuge Management Academy (WLD4307) and one 2 hour session for course Advanced Refuge Management Academy (WLD4308). The dates for the sessions are March 28, August 12, and October 17, 2011. Offeror must be knowledgeable of the Refuge Improvement Act of 1997. See attached statement of work.The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. The solicitation issued concurrently with this announcement identifies the office where additional information can be obtained. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. The close date of this solicitation may be extended pending vendor interest.
