Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation # DJMS-11-JPT-Q-0006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. This RFQ is being issued as a Small Business Set Aside. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52-212-5 and any addendums apply to this acquisition. Additional contract requirements and terms and conditions apply to this acquisition and are included in the attached RFQ. The period of performance is for a base period of six (6) months (April 1, 2011 – September 30, 2011) and two (2) Option Years. (October 1, 2011 – September 30, 2012, and October 1, 2012 – Setpember 30, 2013).
