- The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is seeking small business sources to provide specific chemicals to our Pink Bollworm Rearing Facility in Phoenix, AZ on an interim, as-needed basis. An RFQ will be sent to selected companies for oral quotes to provide quantities in amounts of more than $3000 but less than $25,000 with FOB destination, Phoenix, AZ 85040. Depending on future anticipated needs, a formal solicitation for a long-term agreement may or may not be forthcoming. If your company is interested in offering a quotation for the following chemicals, please email a short company bio (250 words max)(include website address, and DUNS number) to michael.j.chiodi@aphis.usda.gov, and please identify which chemicals your company can offer: Acetic Acid, Glacial (delivered in 450 lb. drums, or alternative) 12.5% Bleach (delivered in 50 gal. drums, or alternative) Methyl Parabin (delivered in 110 lb. drums, or alternative) Potassium sorbate (delivered in 50 lb. cartons, or alternative)
