- Request for Solicitation THE SOLICITATION AND IT'S RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS CONCERNS, WITH THEIR PRIMARY OFFICE LOCATED WITHIN THE STATE OF MONTANA. This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement to Construct a Women's Locker Room at the Havre Border Patrol Sector Headquarters, 2605 - 5 th Avenue SE, Havre, Montana The scope of work involves the moving of existing break room, and construction of a Women's Locker Room, ADA compliant. Work shall include, but not limited to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials and supervision to accomplish work. NAICS - 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The estimated range for the total contract value is between $0 and $50,000. Contract completion shall be June 30, 2011. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 23, 2011, with proposals due not later than COB March 30, 2011. Award will be a firm fixed price contract, and the procurement method shall be a competitive negotiated Request for Proposals. The following evaluation factors shall be used in determining the contractor offering the best value to the Government: (1) Schedule, and (2) Price. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requestor must complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors Form, and provide the following information: company name and address; point of contact name; phone number; and email address; company DUNS number and Tax ID number; company's bonding limitation for a single contract; and a copy of the company's business license. All requests shall be submitted on the company's official letterhead via email to shawna.horvath@gsa.gov, or via fax at (406)441-1269. Specifications and requirements will be furnished with the solicitation to all eligible and interested parties via email, mail, or fax.
