- Bagram regional Contracting Center contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Multi-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for (non-personal services) National Afghan Trucking Services throughout Afghanistan using Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures of FAR part 12 and 15. The services required will be to provide distribution of reconstruction materials, security equipment, and life support items. This solicitation is restricted under DFAR 225.77 (Acquisition in Support of Operations in Iraq or Afghanistan) to local Afghan business's only (the majority of employees working on the resulting contract must be Afghan Nationals). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484121 and the size standard is $25,500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) databases https://www.jccs.gov prior to the closing date of the solicitation. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for proposal. Solicitation NumberW91B4N-11-R-5000 is assigned for reference purposes. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 22 February 2011. The solicitation package will be posted and available for download only at FedBizOps https://www.fpo.gov ; it will not be available via email or in hard copy. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 22 February 2011, it is the sole responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year and one (1) 12 month option period and one (1) 3 month option period.
