- DISSOLVED ACQUISTION NSN(s) 6110-01-542-7901 Quantity Of Procurement 876 Unit of Issue: EA ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR PR: 0040346689 CONTROL,REMOTE SWITCHING THE TECHNICAL/QUALITY/TEST REQUIREMENTS FOR CITED P/N WILL BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE LISTED DRAWING. This is a Source Controlled Item which must be manufactured and tested in accordance with the cited Limited Rights data. The government cannot provide the data. Only those vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the Approved Sources should quote. MARK IAW MIL-STD-130N, DATED 17 DEC 2007. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36 (SECTION I). GHSP, INC. (09HP0) P/N CR-2701 I/A/W DRAWING NR 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC BASIC AMEND NR DTD 03/07/07 TYPE NUMBER All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 6110. The intent is that the solicitation will result in an award of a purchase order for 876 each. The solicitation will be available on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on 7 February 2011. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1/B coded item. The 1 indicates that the Government has screened the item and found it to be already competitive. The B indicates that the data is source controlled. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The inspection/acceptance is at DESTINATION. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition after exclusion of sources.
