- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled AIRFIELD PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE ANDREPAIR which was posted on Feb. 4, 2011. You are notified that the following changes aremade: Responses must include the following: name and address of firm, size of business; averageannual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; bonding capacity; ownership;whether they are Large business, Small business, Small Disadvantaged Business, certified8(a) small business (include anticipated graduation date), HUBZone small business,Woman-owned small business, Veteran-owned small business, and/or Service-DisabledVeteran-owned small business for NAICS code 237310, size standard $33.5M; number of yearsin business; affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potentialteaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potentialprime); list of customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant workperformed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement; and pointof contact - address and phone number). All questions should be directed to: KenKitahara, (650) 604-3717.This synopsis is to request information on capabilities of potential offerors to providethe services described above in order to determine the appropriate small businessset-aside.
