Description
The Western Logistics Service Area, is seeking qualified contractors to submit a proposal to perform Janitorial Services at the San Francisco, CA Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for competition amongst SEDB/8(a) contractors. Contractors will be required to submit verification of their 8(a) status with the submission of their proposal. This will be a base plus four option year contract. Please note that all contractors submitting a proposal for this solicitation must certify that they are registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR). Visit: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. NAICS: 561720 Attached is the Request for Offers package that includes the Scope of Work and all information concerning proposal submission. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
