- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to PC Mall Gov, Inc. For the following: GFI LANGUARD INCLUDING 1 YEAR SMA – 50 IPS EACH, Part Number: DSLANNETSCAN31010, GFI Software Ltd (Quantity 108 each); Media for IRS/E-CRIMES, Part Number: LANSSBNDMAT31010, GFI Software Ltd (Quantity 108 each) All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by PC Mall Gov, Inc. should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 noon EST, to this office within five (5) business days of the date of publication of this synopsis. All quotes shall include: Price(s): FOB point: Point of Contact (name and telephone number); GSA Contract Number if applicable; delivery date; business size; payment terms; Taxpayer Identification Number; Dunn & Bradstreet number; CCR Register: All responses must be sent electronically to the following e-mail addresses: david.f.smith@irs.gov In addition, all questions must be submitted in writing. All responses must reference this solicitation number TIRNO-11-Q-00064. If a response is received that meets the Government’s requirement, and an analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicates that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government, a formal solicitation may be issued. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to PC Mall Gov, Inc.
