- Flash 24 Spring Tester This is for a Spring inspection Unit which expands overall testing capability, in both accuracy and size of items which my be measured using this type of test instrument. The contractor shall rovide all labors, materials, tools, transportation, and supplies, necessary to provide a computer-conrolled tension and compression test instrument to the Defense Logistics Agency test Mechanical (DLA-TM). The tension and compression test instrument shall be able to generate, control and measure forces from 0 to 1000 lbs. Small business set aside.
