- FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY -- The purpose of the ARRA HITECH Clinical Quality Measures Task Order contract, under the Measure & Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Umbrella Statement of Work (USOW), is to develop new clinical quality measures and to electronically specify existing clinical quality measures that will be used for reporting by Eligible Hospitals using certified EHR systems. Specifically, the contract work will include creating electronic specifications for new CQMs and retooling CQMs with electronic specifications for existing hospital measures currently used for reporting in federal initiatives through manual chart abstraction.
