- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE FOUR (4) 8a CONTRACTORS UNDER FTA'S TRIENNIAL REVIEW PROGRAM CONTRACTS. Reid Consulting, LLC (address below) is one of the four Triennial Review Contractors. A task order will be awarded off of the base IDIQ contract. Contractor shall provide professional services for triennial reviews and oversight program support as they relate to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
