AD U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Francisco Delineated Area: N- California, Battery, Washington Streets; E- Embarcadero Street; S- Folsom Street; W- Third Street, Kearney Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,317 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,333 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: 1. Minimum LEED Certified Building, 2. Can contiguous on two floor, contiguous on one floor preferred, 3. Minimum two elevators, with one freight elevator, 4. Efficient lay-out 5. 24-Hour building access 6. Day time cleaning services 7. Roof access for satellite dish installation 8. Possible room for later expansion The space is for the Social Security Administration's Office of General Counsel. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
