- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NJ City: East Orange Delineated Area: North: Washington St. beginning at High Street to the West, continuing East to Dodd Street, then East Orange continuing to Prospect Street on the East. East: Prospect St. East Orange, continuing South to Park Ave. continuing East two blocks to North Clinton St. continuing South to Central Ave. on the South. South: Central Ave. East Orange, continuing West to South Harrison St. continuing South to the intersection with South Center St. Orange, continuing North on South Center St. to Central Ave. continuing West to Scotland Rd. continuing South on Scotland Rd. to Lincoln Place. West : Lincoln Place becomes McChesney St. on the West side of Scotland Rd; continuing West one block to Jefferson St., continuing North to Park Ave., Orange, continuing East on Park Ave one block to Watchung Ave, continuing North one block on Watchung Ave to Lakeside Ave., continuing two blocks. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Contiguous space on one floor is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. If public transportation is available in the delineated area, the site offered must be on the public transportation route.
