Detrick Campus Map Attachment 8 - Statement and Acknowlegement Form (SF1413) Attachment 7 - Payment Bond Attachment 6 - Performance Bond Attachment 5 - Hot Work Permit Attachment 4 - Representations and Certifications Attachment 3 - Chemical Usage Report Attachment 2 - Wage Determination dated 1/21/11 Solicitation H11-1528 Provide and install new supplemental cooling units (RAHU) in the 2nd floor Repository of Building 1066 located at Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings (Attachment 1). NOTE: Project dictates that the specifications and drawings are available ONLY in the form of electronic files or CD obtained by contacting the Subcontracts Specialist identified above. Reproduction shall be limited to only what is necessary for the offerors to meet the needs in submitting an offer. PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT: A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Tuesday, 2/15/11, at 10:00 a.m. in the Building 549 Conference Room B. All technical and business related questions are due in writing to the Subcontracts Specialist by Friday, 2/18/11, at 3:00 p.m.
