The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision and quality control for Project 614-10-104 �RENOVATE WOMEN'S COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN. Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical/electrical work, and necessary removal of interior materials, construction and other items. Construction cost range is between $2,000,000-$5,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 236220. Bid Bond is required. After award of contract, performance and payment bonds will be required. This procurement is a 100% total set-aside for VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (V0SB). To be eligible for award, the VOSB must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS The VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS must be registered in the following websites:www.ccr.gov, www.vets100.dol.gov, www.orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be posted to fedbizopps o/a February 23, 2011. Interested bidders may download the entire solicitation including specifications, and drawings. Amendments to this solicitation will also be posted to this website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, bidders must register in www.fedbizopps.gov to �Receive Amendments �.All bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments prior to bid date established. The date and time of the Pre-Bid Meeting will be announced in the solicitation. Questions regarding solicitation, drawings and specifications must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer: Phyllis.Holder@va.gov The deadline for receipt of questions regarding the solicitation is ten (10) days prior to bid opening.
