Sources Sought Notice - Orthopedic Shoe Modifications Requirement Philadelphia VA Medical Center 3900 Woodland Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19104 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a potential requirement to furnish Orthopedic shoe modifications, amputee toe fillers, modified shoe repairs and related services to beneficiaries of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center (PVAMC). It is VA's intention to solicit proposals and award a contract on a competitive basis. Interested contractors who may be able to perform the services described above are requested to submit a Capability Statement to the Contracting Officer. Capability Statements should include the following information: "Contractor's Business Size (Include DUNS number). The NAICS code to be used for this solicitation is 339113, size standard is 500 employees. "Contractor's Socio-Economic Category - This sources sought notice will assist the Contracting Officer in determining the appropriate set-aside category for this procurement.
