- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NJ City: Eatontown Delineated Area: North: Exit 109 on the GSP (fronting all roads): going Shrewsbury Ave; and, going West on Newman Springs Rd (County Rd 520) to Swimming River Rd. heading South and to Middletown-Lincroft Rd heading North to West Front Street and return East: From South to North (fronting all roads): Route 18 North, to Deal Road, to Whalepond Road, to Wall Street, to Industrial Way East, to Route 35, to Shrewsbury Avenue, to Newman Springs Road (County Rd 520) South: Exit 98 on the GSP (fronting all roads): going East on Route 138 to Route 35 and back to Route 18 North: and, to the West To Route 34. West: From South to North (fronting all roads): Route 34, to Route 33 East, to Shafto Rd (Route 547), to Wayside Rd, to Swimming River Rd, to Middletown-Lincroft Rd, to West Front St, and return to Newman Springs Rd (Route 520). Network closets shall be dispersed throughout the secured area to accommodate distribution of cabling, etc. A Data Center is required and shall have a computer room AC unit. The room shall have 10 foot minimum floor to sprinkler head height. Raised floor is not necessarily needed, but if installed shall maintain 10' ceiling requirement. This room shall be on the ground floor to facilitate movement of equipment in and out of room. Work areas, e.g., offices/cubicles shall be located next to/near to the room. There shall be no utilities, e.g., water pipes, etc, installed in the ceiling above this room. There shall be no exterior windows. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
