- Sources Sought Notice N002530356714 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is hereby conducting a market survey of all potential sources for Olicom part number 770000960, Model OC-2220, Olicom PCMCIA Ethernet 10Base-T adapter as a commercial off the shelf item. The government is seeking vendors with the part currently in stock. This sources sought notice shall in no way bind the Government to offer contracts to responding companies. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334111 and has a size standard of 1,000. No substitutions will be accepted. Submit responses to this notice via email to Jeannette Peel at jeannette.peel@navy.mil or fax to (360) 396-7036 by 2:00pm (PST) on 14 January 2011. The emailed response should include the company name, a point of contact with phone number and email address, the business size (small or large depending on the size standard stated above) and the number of items currently available. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: jeannette.peel@navy.mil or faxed to (360) 396-7036. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this notice and any associated modifications (if applicable) prior to the closing date and time established may result in the response not being considered. This notice is not a request for quotes (RFQ). However, please note that in order to receive an order/contract for the Department of Defense, vendors must have an active registration on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Website: http://www.ccr.gov per FAR 52.204-7 which includes the requirement for a DUNS number; and a CAGE code is required per Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 252.204-7004. The CCR website provides further information necessary to begin the process to register if vendors wish to submit quotes and potentially receive awards from the government in response to solicitations.
