- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City: Nashville Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Elm Hill Pike and portion of I-40 Eastern Boundary: Bell Road Southern Boundary: I-24 and I-440 Western Boundary: Portion of I-65 between I-40 and I-440 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,396 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,465 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: - Requires access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. - Space should be located in a professional office setting and shall not be located in the vicinity of residential areas, schools, parks or churches. - Office space with a secure processing area and two interview rooms Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address; • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN). • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement. • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
