Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is FA4803-10-Q-A057 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49. For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System Code is 541380 - Testing Laboratories. This acquisition is for a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This is firm fixed price procurement, and will be procured using simplified acquisition procedures and award selection will be made based on price. 20th CONS, Shaw AFB, SC is soliciting to purchase a firm fixed price commercial service for Testing for Drinking Water Samples IAW the attached Statement of Work. **Priced Per Test Per Month with a Total for All Months and Period of Performance Total Period of Performance: 01 March 2011 through 30 Sep 2011 Option Yr 1: 1 October 2011 through 30 Sep 2012 Option Yr 2: 1 October 2012 through 30 Sep 2013 Option Yr 3: 1 October 2013 through 30 Sep 2014 The following FAR clauses and provisions are in this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Evaluation/Award: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate quotes: Price.
