- Jakarta, Indonesia - Compound Swing Space and Early Site Work (CSS): Alterations and new construction includes: Design-Build construction of a new temporary office building with minor support spaces such as locker and changing rooms for non-desk personnel (450 square meters); Design-Build altering of existing buildings including interiors, appurtenances, systems furniture installation with integrated wiring for telephones and data (350 square meters); alterations to change use of existing buildings from common areas to office space, re-configuring office space within existing buildings (150 square meters); and coordinating existing electrical, fire alarm and mechanical systems with OBO standards and existing compound infrastructure and utilities. The work also includes installation in new and existing buildings of physical security products such as doors and windows from approved vendors; fences, gates, traffic control devises, and related security systems such as cameras and alarms; site work and paving for pedestrians and vehicles. Compound work includes re-routing underground utilities, preservation of an existing major tree, installation and connections of a packaged sewage treatment plant; documentation of, selective demolition of, and storage of architecturally significant elements of an historic building (400 square meters); general demolition of buildings, foundations, and site utility buildings (9,200 square meters); temporary site grading and filling, temporary erosion control, and relocation of existing security systems such as cameras and alarms.
