Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL INTERESTED CONTRACTORS. The Smithsonian Institution (SI) is seeking a proposal from an interested Bidder with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) capabilities, for the purposes of preventing and controlling a wide variety of arthropod and vertebrate pests including, but not limited to, cockroaches; ants; flies; stored product pests; mice; rats; bees; and wasps. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 561710. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $50,000 and $100,000. It is the Smithsonian's intent to award a firm-fixed price Contract to the interested Bidder whose combined Cost and Technical Proposals represent the "best value" to the SI. A formal Solicitation (F11SOL10019), as well as a "Pre-Proposal Site Visit," will be formally scheduled and posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website within the next thirty (30) calendar days.
