- U.S. Flag Carrier Shipment Requirement Public Release of Information Past Performance Questionnaire Percy Amendment Certification Form Requirements and Notice of Solicitation for Submissions for Contractor Pre-Qualification THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build (D/B) services for the design and construction of a New Office Annex (NOX) in Bangkok, Thailand. The project is described. 1. Project Description (Security Clearance - Not Required) SAQMMA-11-R0069, Bangkok, Thailand, New Office Annex (NOX). Anticipated work includes: NOX; combined warehouse, shops, and parking structure; vehicle and service access control facilities, and other parking. Phasing and work on an operating embassy compound is required. Approximate Site Area: 63,000 sm. Approximate NOX size: 4,000 gsm. Other buildings total approximate size: 7,000 gsm.
