Description

The VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to perform 508 remediation for PDF articles posted on the National PTSD website. The VA is soliciting a firm fixed price contract with a base and two one year options. The NAICS codes for this requirement is 519130 with a size standard of 500 employees. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include technical, price and past performance (minimum of 3 references of similar magnitude with point of contact, company name and phone number.) The solicitation is a set aside for Small Businesses with a Veteran Preference and will be available on or about February 14, 2010. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessible to view on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov which will include the SOW containing pricing schedule, requirements and necessary information. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely on this website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. If you are not registered with CCR, you may access at http://www.ccr.gov. All SDVOSB or VOSB MUST be certified in Vet Biz. If you are not certified with Vet Biz, you must submit a certification request VA Form 0877 to Department of Veterans Affairs ™ (VA) Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) at www.vetbiz.gov.
