Description

BID SCHEDULE Solicitation FA6675-11-T-0004 Base Maps for pick up sites NAS JRB Fort Worth Texas Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Refuse Collection at Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the information provided as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload factors and collection areas are in Appendix A, and a map of collection areas is in Appendix B. All responsible bidders should be registered in Central Contractor Register (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) and On-Line Reps and Certs (ORCA) (www.bpn.gov/orca/) to be considered for award. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562111 -- $12,500.000. Acquisition is unrestricted. The performance period is a basic 12-month period (1 April 2011 - 31 Mar 2012) and four 12-month options period. Quotes will be evaluated on price and price related factors. Potential sources should be capable of receiving payment via EFT. All responsible sources may submit a response.
