- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled STEAM VACUUM SYSTEM NOX EMISSIONREDUCTION SYSTEM which was posted on Jan. 24, 2011. You are notified that the followingchanges are made:Responses must include the following: name and address of firm, size of business; averageannual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; bonding capacity; ownership;whether they are Large business, Small business, Small Disadvantaged Business,certified8(a) small business (include anticipated graduation date), HUBZone smallbusiness, Woman-owned small business, Veteran-owned small business, and/orService-DisabledVeteran-owned small business for NAICS Code 238220 and small businesssize standard $14,000,000; number of years in business; affiliate information:parentcompany, joint venture partners, potentialteaming partners, prime contractor (ifpotential sub) or subcontractors (if potentialprime); list of customers covering the pastfive years (highlight relevant workperformed, contract numbers, contract type, dollarvalue of each procurement; and point of contact - address and phone number). Allquestions should be directed to: Ken Kitahara, (650) 604-3717. This synopsis is to request information on capabilities of potential offerors to providethe services described above in order to determine the appropriate small businessset-aside. Information received as a result of this section will be considered by theGovernment and used for acquisition planning purposes only.
