- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE VA-261-11-RP-0122. Amendment - The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21), Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA), 150 Muir Rd., Martinez, California, has a requirement to construct Project # 640-11-121P, Building 6, 'Additional Modular Building' at the VA Medical Center, Palo Alto, California 94304. This project will be the seed project for the award of a minimum of (8) Eight Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC's) via multiple awards Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ's) contracts, multi-trade construction awards. Pre-Proposal Meeting has been changed from February 23, 2011, to March 17, 2011, VA Palo Alto, Building 101, 2nd floor, Room A2-200, Library Conference Room, 3801, Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, California 94304, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM-PST.
