DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 30,850 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 26,826 to a maximum of 28,167 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable), structured/indoor parking for twenty (20) parking spaces and a minimum of one hundred forty (140) outdoor reserved parking spaces for official Government use. TENANT: National Park Service (NPS). LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the city limits of Page, Arizona. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for twenty (20) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government's requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS (previously ADA) standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). Property located within a base floodplain (100 year floodplain) or wetland will not be considered. Offered space must be contiguous. POINT OF CONTACT: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via e-mail or via fax, and should provide the building name, address, and the offered square footage. Response should also include a building flyer and a site plan. Brokers who respond on behalf of a building shall also provide written evidence of their authority to represent.
