- The U.S. African Development Foundation intends to award a sole source contract for Personal Services for a Program Support Assistant to Mr. Matthew Logurale. The purpose is to support the Regional Program Director in the areas of project identification screening; project design and development; supporting grantees in porject implementation and monitoring; providing other varied techincial and administrative support to the grantees;program and administrative management; and financial management of the office itself. This requirement will be performed in Turkana, Kenya and performed by in country personnel. The jusitification for other than full and open competition will be posted within 30 days after award.
