- RFQ FOR QSDM-J9-117359-I GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for ONE National Stock Number (NSN) in the FSC 8030. The SPQ period will be 3/1/2011 (or date of award) to 2/28/2012 (or one year from the start date). All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 45-day delivery or less. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery. AWARDS WILL BE MADE ON AN ITEM BY ITEM BASIS. No single purchase order will exceed $25,000 in dollar value.
