Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-RP-11-0084 for the following: The contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, supplies, labor and supervision necessary and incidental to the raising, realigning, resetting, cleaning of flat markers; installation of a marker support system and renovation of associated turf at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery located in Annville, PA. The contract performance period is one year from date of receipt of award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Isiah Mack, Contract Specialist in writing at isiah.mack@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about February 18, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., March 02, 2011. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
