- Solicitation document for LAC/RSD USPSC The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks an experienced Democracy and Governance Program Specialist to support the Democracy and Human Rights (DHR) team in the Latin America and Caribbean Bureau's (LAC) Office of Regional Sustainable Development (RSD). The Program Specialist position is designed for an experienced professional with knowledge of program and budget management. S/he will be an integral member of the DHR team, providing programming and budget support, as well as technical support on cross-cutting democracy and governance programming, program design, procurement planning, and performance monitoring and evaluation.
