- Statement of Work - Revised Amendment 0001 Additional Information Regarding Place of Performance: Performance requires the contractor to perform ONSITE at the Bureau of Prisons location(s) identified in subject line #5 of the solicitation/Statement of Work. Quotes that reference offsite/electronic performance will be deemed technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award. Please note: The submission is incorrectly stated on the cover letter as 1/10/2011. Please view the revised cover letter. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of the attached amendment is to remove the provision at 52.212-2 and 52.209-8 and to amend, update or add the clauses at FAR 52.232-19, 52.212-4, 52.209-6, 52.216-21, 52.217-8, 52.217-9, 52.219-4, 52.222-54, 52.212-5, 52.222-40, 52.227-1 and 52.227-2. Additionally, the attached Statement of Work has been modified to remove section 11 "Method of Evaluation." Evaluation methods for this requirement have been noted in section 11 of this synopsis.
