- Marine Corps Systems Command intends to modify delivery order M67854-09-F-2133 against GSA Contract GS-35F-0478P with Interstate Electronics Corporation, 3033 Science Park Road, San Diego, CA 92121-1101, to add open market items in the amount of $3,900,000 to permit the maintenance and repair of VideoScout MC systems being upgraded to MC2 systems. The systems are being received from the operating forces with missing or damaged parts that need to be fixed in order to make them fully functional upon delivery back to the unit. Additionally, this action enables the purchase of extended warranties for the VideoScout. The proposed action is for services/supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii). This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
