- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to award a contract for Visitor Center Information Support for Arlington National Cemetery. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, competitively negotiated requirement. The contract will be awarded for a base year with two one year options. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the Solicitation Number W91QV1-11-R-0008 and has been evaluated as Best Value to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (1) Management; (2) Experience; (3) Past Performance; and (4) Price. Solicitation documents will be uploaded on or about 11 February 2011, online at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi To be eligible for contract award; all contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is R699 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561110 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is $7.0M.
