- The purpose of this amendment is to post the following contractor questions and government answers: 1. Small business specific? Answer: Yes. We are currently looking for small businesses to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements with. However, large businesses may submit their capabilities. In the event there are an insufficient number of small business responses, the USG will consider large businesses for a BPA. 2. Will there be a need for handling classified data or hardware? Answer: There will not be a need for processing classified data or hardware. 3. Warhead sizes and applications. Answer: Hardware for a wide range of programs may be needed from 40mm and up. Applications include EFP and fragmentation warheads. 4. Specific components to be manufactured, ie. Charge liners, o-gives, projectile bodies, etc and the associated materials. Answer: Required hardware may include liners, housing, end caps, controlled fragmentation hardware, and misc hardware. The closing date in the body of the Solicitation Notice is hereby changed from February 11, 2011 to February 21, 2011. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
