- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Chinatown City: New York Delineated Area: North: 4 th Street East: Orchard Street South: Canal to Bowery to Chatham Square West: Mercer Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,574 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,953 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): N/A Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Space on a single ground floor is preferred. •· Space on no more than two (2) contiguous floors may be considered, provided that if space is offered on more than one floor, at least 85% of the space must be contiguous on one floor. •· The space must be serviced by at least two (2) elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. •· Space below grade is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
