Description

This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government will award to the lowest price, responsible, technically acceptable offeror. The technical factors to be evaluated are: I.Providing a brand name or equal item to those listed. II.Providing equipment with FDA Approval or treat Barrett's Esophagus, radiation proctisis, and gastric antral vascular ectasia using radiofrequency ablation therapy. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS All Offerors shall list the average shelf life for each item being offered. If not providing the brand called for in this RFQ, the offeror shall provide documentation detailing the specifications of the product being offered as to how it meets the salient characteristics. Offerors shall indicate the manufacturer name, the brand, and the product number for each item that is not brand name. To the maximum extent practicable, offerors are encouraged to respond to this solicitation using pre-existing materials (such as brochures, catalogs, marketing documents) rather than creating new documents. Offerors shall annotate the salient characteristics listed above to indicate the location of the relevant information used to meet the specification (document name and page number).
