Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS This is a notice of intent made in full compliance with FAR 8.402, General to add open market items to a GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 874, Special Item Number (SIN) 874-4 and SIN 874-5 requirements. The United States General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Acquisition Operations Division (AOD), San Francisco, CA intends to award a Task Order for open market items with an estimated value in excess of $35,000.00 in conjunction with FSS items received in response to GSA e-Buy Request for Quotation number 544182 to meet the needs of the agency. The purpose of the Task Order is to provide a training curriculum to meet the strategic objectives and Training Modules of the statement of work. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and ancillary supplies and services necessary to conduct and facilitate a three (3) day managerial training workshop to Senior Leadership within FAS. The contractor shall have the ability to customize commercially-available off-the-shelf curriculum that is instructor led to meet the desired outcomes and have curriculum that is flexible to adjust as needed by FAS organizers to meet the requirements of FAS Senior Leaders. The contractor shall include a field trip outside the classroom where participants can observe an organization demonstrating successful use of strategies and tactics that meet the objectives of the training curriculum. The contractor shall be co-located with the training site. The requirement has been adequately solicited and competed under FAR Part 8.405-2. All responses to this announcement must be directed by email to the assigned Contracting Officer, Wanda Reed via email at wanda.reed@gsa.gov.
