- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Purchase Order to Elsevier, Inc., of Maryland Heights, MO. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire access license(s) to electronic scientific journals, books and data bases in support of the scientific research of agency scientists.
