Description

Sole Source Justification Letter PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION: Bruker BIOSPIN Corp. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). Proposed source is Bruker BIOSPIN Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations: however, all quotations/responses received within THREE (3) days of issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Further determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be faxed to Daniel Lawson, ASC/PKOB, 937-257-3926 or e-mailed to daniel.lawson@wpafb.af.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. Easter Standard Time on 17 February 2011. Only proposals received by this date and time will be considered. Any questions should be directed to Daniel Lawson at daniel.lawson@wpafb.af.mil.
