- This is a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Contract that is Sole Source to:Teledyne Wireless,INC.(24022), Santa Clara, Mountain view, CA 94043.Basic Ordering Period Qty:5 Each; Ordering Period II Qty: 1-3 Each;Ordering Period III Qty:1-3 Each; Ordering Period IV Qty: 1-3 Each;Ordering Period V Qty 1-3 Each. Note 22.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services forwhich the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only onesource under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identifytheir interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals. However, interestedpersons may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice.
