- Description
- Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc., of Williston, VT for the procurement of one (1) Calibration Fixture, P/N 152D5256, for the RAAF Super Hornet Program. This calibration fixture is used in three Instrument Calibration Proceedure's (ICP's) for the F/A-418 Aircraft including: ICP 17-20MD-83, 17-20MD-84L, and 17-20MD-87L. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not anticipate procuring data rights and competitive drawing package for this effort as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is unwilling to sell their data rights. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
