- Solicitation No. W912C3-11-B-0001 - The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervisory personnel, and insurances for telecommunications inside and outside plant services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. This acquisition is issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 237130. The requirement will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) Service type contract. The period of performance is one base year with two option years for a total of three years possible, if the Government chooses to exercise the option periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 16, 2011. The estimated closing date will be March 4, 2011. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources may go to the Federal Business Opportunity website at: https://www.fbo.gov/ and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Bidders are responsible to ensure their bid package is received by the exact time, date, and specified location for receipt of bids. Interested bidders are responsible for continuing to monitor the website for any/all future amendments issued, if any. Interested bidders shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Telephone requests will not be honored. Bidders need to be registered and active in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to submission of bid.
