Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for furnishing and constructing a new South Gated spillway, new North and South roller compacted concrete (RCC) dikes, new South Side Canal headworks, new North Side Canal headworks, North and South RCC overflow spillways, and modifications to the existing North Gated spillway. Other items of work are demolition of the existing overflow spillway and portions of the existing canal headworks; excavation for foundations, spillway approach channel, and spillway outlet channel; constructing access roads of various materials; installation of Government-furnished radial gates, gate hoists, and associated equipment; furnishing and installing fencing, gates, railing, and stairs; furnishing and installing a 10-ton capacity gantry crane and associated rails; installation of Government furnished diesel engine-generator set and automatic transfer switch; and installation of Government-furnished steel pipe and slide gates. This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposals. Specific evaluation criteria will be identified in the solicitation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated dollar range of this procurement is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 and the small business size standard is $33.5 million.
