- NSN 2840-01-146-9387 This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: 100% SBSA Acquisition Export Control TDP available from DLA Aviation Configuration Control Item OEM-GE, CAGE 07482 P/N 9959M79G03 Approved Source-Barnes, CAGE 31417; TSS Technologies, CAGE 28884; ABA Ind, CAGE 26795; Columbia, CAGE 8U485; Electro-Methods, CAGE 33617; Dynatech, CAGE 63172 CSI Not Commercial Item Govt FAT required No Surge Reqt Delivery 240 days Estimate Annual Qty 195 FOB Dest, Inspect/acceptance origin Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
