No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The USPFO for Louisiana Contracting Officer is reviewing potential sources for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement for catered meals statewide; multiple agreements will be made. Expected period of performance is three years with options possible to extend up to two additional years. BPA Contractors must include their business size, type (Hub zone, 8a, etc.), area of state in which you are willing to service (see attached Regional Breakdown of State) and if you are a mobile caterer. Contractors must also include a breakfast, lunch, dinner and travel lunch price based on the attached 2011 Louisiana Army National Guard Meal Plan (LA ARNG) (see attached quote sheet/Regional Breakdown). Generally, orders are placed monthly for two days of meals; each meal will be chosen in advance of call being awarded. Meals are required for scheduled training and statewide emergencies. Average number of meals per BPA call is approximately 55 each, but shall vary depending on actual need. Place of performance will vary based on the location of the requestor; such as a dining facility, covered area, or tent. Past performance will be evaluated; interested vendors shall submit a minimum of three past performances for review. The requirement is for a full service caterer, to included preparing the meals, serving the meals, and disposing of waste. The contractor shall provide all personnel; supervisory, administrative and direct labor, who will be required to accomplish all work associated with this contract.
