Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This will be a firm fixed priced requirement type contract. The service provider shall furnish all labor materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to provide and maintain protable chemical latrine services at various Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. All services shall be performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Government laws. Each latrine shall be identified with the Contractor's name, phone number, and serial number in letters three (3) inches high. Contractor shall also provide handicap latrines equipped with access ramps up to the unit entrance door, an extra wide door to allow wheelchair access, large interior to accommodate a full size wheelchair to turn around inside, and handrails on each side of the interior. Half size waste tank is acceptable to allow more room in the latrine. Contractor shall have at least 150 non-flushing latrines and at least 10 handicapped latrines in inventory. Solicitation will be posted on or about 01 MAR 2011. Solicitation package will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Interested offerors are requried to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or chages.
