- The purpose for this amendment is to: 1. Notify vendors that Phase I Proposals are due and delivered as follows: Phase I Proposals are due on Friday, February 25, 2011 by 3:00 p.m. MST. Mail one (1) hard copy to address shown in the RFP. Vendors may mail a copy of their Phase I Proposal on a CD disk. Send one (1) copy of the Phase I Proposal electronically to:william_paterson@blm.gov All Proposals must be delivered to the mail address and email address stated in the RFP by the due date stated above. 2. Submit Phase I Proposals in the following format: Cover Page consisting of Company Name, Address, Email Address, Point of Contact and Solicitation Number Section I: Dunn and Bradstreet information or capabilities requirement as outlined in the RFP. Section II: Technical Proposal Response and Descriptive Literature Section III: Greening requirements Section IV: Value Added Requirements 3. Incorporate the updated minimum specification spreadsheet 4. Remove FAR Clause 52.225-1, Buy American ActSupplies (Feb 2009) 5. Announce the NAICS Code is 423430 and the size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees Responses to questions will be posted via an amendment on Thursday, February 17, 2011.
